If after your first session, you’re not satisfied with your mentor’s knowledge, support,
availability, or expertise, please let us know, so we can match you with a new mentor.
Our program is flexible and tailored to you. You and your mentor will plan the sessions based
on both of your availability. Typically, students who enroll in our program during the school
year are expected to complete it between 4-6 months, while summer programs can be as
short as 12-16 weeks.
You will be fully refunded if you cancel before the first session. If you cancel within 3 sessions,
you can receive a 70% refund. The program is nonrefundable after the 3rd session has been
completed.
