What you'll build

From using AI to building it

Most students use AI. Here they learn to build it — giving AI goals, tools, and teammates. By the end of the weekend, every student has their own working multi-agent AI app.

🤖

Your first AI agent

Give an AI a goal and real tools (web search, a calculator, files) and watch it reason and act on its own.

👥

A multi-agent crew

Build a team of agents — Researcher, Writer, Critic — that hand work to each other to finish a real task (with CrewAI).

🚀

A project to show off

Wrap your crew in a simple app you can demo to family, friends, and on college applications.

The weekend plan

Two days. One real AI build.

Two live 3-hour sessions across a weekend — small groups, fully guided, everything provided.

Day 1 · Saturday

Meet AI — and build an agent

3 hours · live
01How AI really worksWhat an LLM is, what it can and can't do — demystified, no jargon.
02Prompt like a proThe patterns that turn a vague request into reliable results.
03Build your first agentGive an AI a goal + tools and watch it act on its own.
Day 2 · Sunday

Build an AI crew & ship it

3 hours · live
04Agents with rolesResearcher, Writer, Critic — give each a job and a personality.
05Make them collaborateWire your crew so agents hand work to each other (CrewAI).
06Demo dayShip your crew as an app, present it, and earn your certificate.
The mindset that sets students apart

AI isn't magic — and you can build it.

The students who stand out aren't the ones who use AI the most — they're the ones who understand how it works and can build with it. This weekend flips that switch.

Agents, not just chatAn agent has a goal and tools and takes steps on its own — a huge leap beyond typing into a chatbox.
Teams beat soloistsReal AI systems use several specialized agents together — students build one and see why it works better.
You're the directorThe skill that matters isn't coding trivia — it's orchestrating AI to get a real job done.

Questions parents ask

Good to know

Does my child need any coding or AI experience?+

None at all. This is the entry point — we start from “what is AI?” and guide every student to building a working multi-agent app by the end of the weekend. Curiosity and a laptop are all that's needed.

What will they actually build?+

Their own AI agents and a multi-agent “crew” (a Researcher, Writer, and Critic that work together), wrapped in a simple app they can demo. It's hands-on from the first hour.

What's the schedule?+

Two live, instructor-led 3-hour sessions over one weekend (Saturday & Sunday) — 6 hours total, online, in small groups.

Any cost beyond tuition?+

No. Just a laptop and internet — all AI tools and accounts are provided, with nothing extra to install or pay for.

Where does this lead?+

It's Level 1 of our AI track. It unlocks the Specialized AI Labs (Finance, Medicine, Cyber-Defense) and the Robotics Lab, and builds toward the AI Scholars Program and original research.
