Optional Publication Support

This optional addition will guide through the submission process with one or more journals depending on whether a paper is accepted. Some journals have publication fees, which will be separate from the payment for these sessions. These sessions may have less structure as it will depend on the journal guidelines, timelines, and the responses from reviewers.

After submitting an article, it may take the journal some weeks to decide if the paper should be accepted, accepted with revisions, or rejected. Accepted with revisions is a common response and requires the author to make corrections and write up a response for each correction. Rejections can also happen, especially with more selective journals. This is why up to 3 sessions are allocated, as this will give the opportunity to make corrections from reviewers or reformat and submit to a new journal if needed.
